Cliodhna is a goddess of love and beauty. She has 3 brightly coloured birds who eat apples from a tree of the other-world. She is said to have drowned in the harbour of Glandore and the noise of the waves entering cliff caves near that spot has since been called "Cliodhna's wave".

Fuamnach was the rejected first wife of the King Midir. While married to Fuamnach, he fell in love with Etain. Fuamnach was jealous and turned Etain into a purple butterfly.

Achtland herself was a mortal woman. She married a man of the Tuatha Dé Danann, and became immortal by crossing over into his land. She spent her days combing his long silken hair.
